Parish Associate First Presbyterian, Ocala
First Presbyterian Church Position Description Part-time Parish Associate Accountability: The Parish Associate shall report directly to the session and the Pastor as head of Staff. Salary: Part time (10-15 hours a week). Salary negotiable based on experience. Qualifications: The Parish Associate shall be an ordained Minister of the Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA). Areas of Responsibility: 1. Alongside the pastor and deacons, visit those in the hospital and regularly call on those unable to attend worship in person. 2. Attend monthly deacon meetings and provide support and continuing education for the diaconate. 3. Assist in leading worship
