For over 20 years, Gayle Bone, of Faith Presbyterian Church in Melrose, hosted summer art camps for community children at the church. After a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, art camp was busier than ever at Faith from June 13-24. Thirty-eight children (ranging in age from 6 to 16 years old) and one adult enjoyed working on art projects throughout the camp. Read More →

Woodlawn Presbyterian Church graces their worship several times a year with liturgical dancers who interpret the scripture or theme of the day’s worship.  The dance ministry uses their routines to share the gospel through a combination of sign language, costuming, interpretive step and mime.  Read More →

Fort King Presbyterian Church in Ocala has had a long commitment to the arts.  Their community-based Art 4 All ministry offers an opportunity for an intergenerational community to gather to create art together.  They have also recently opened Hope House on the Fort King campus, which is a space designed to display art and gather year-round.Read More →

Our presbytery is pleased to introduce Lauren Scott as the new Associate Pastor for Youth and Families at Riverside Presbyterian Church (RPC) in Jacksonville. Her first Sunday at RPC was July 3, 2022, so she is just getting started!  Lauren will be ordained later this summer by Florida Presbytery, where she was a candidate for ministry.
